I never thought I could love this much
To Tatenda, Evangeline, Charis, Savannah, Landon, Melanie, Rosana, Jacquanna, Bella, Gabby and Valerie,
You all have filled my heart with so much joy and love…truly far beyond my imagination.
I am so grateful for each of you and how you pursue the heart of Jesus. These last ten weeks have been one of the greatest experiences of my life! Special thanks to District Church and Jay Garcia for your leadership.
I am so moved at how the Lord answered our prayer that we talked about in the scripture below from our 1st meeting!
“Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.”
Ephesians 3:17 NLT
Jesus, you should know this overflowing love in my heart and for my brothers and sisters is all because of you. Only you could create a bond so beautiful and true that we now have because of your love for us!

maybe it is in Tatenda’s extraordinary
wisdom, thoughtfulness and words that
always point us back to your ways
or Evangeline’s joyous heart and sacrificial
giving that is so evident in all of her days
maybe it is in Charis’ beautiful questions
and constant courage that inspires us to
surrender it all to you
or in Savannah’s humble soul and
boldness to share how it is your word
that is all that remains true
maybe it is in the depth of Landon’s
brotherly love and patient heart that
surrounds
oh how he fills his family and friends with
joyful notes and such beauty that comes
from his stories and sounds
maybe it is in Melanie’s hunger, wonder
and desire to feel the overwhelming gift
of your essence
or Rosana’s gentle touch and voice
that warms us with the depth of your
presence
maybe it is in Jacquanna’s gifts in how she
sees, sings and intercedes that leave us in
awe of how Lord…you always hear us
or it is Bella’s beautiful worship and
submission to the Holy Spirit that shows
when we let go and trust
it is you alone who will carry us
maybe it is the joy and light in Gabby’s
touch that settles and stills our restless
hearts oh so beautifully
or it is Valerie’s radiance that wraps our
soul in the welcoming comfort
of hospitality
Lord, truly
I am just in awe of your love
my heart is so full
and I just never thought
I could love this much
How you could bring us together
and root us more and more into
this the soil of your Heavenly love
We served, we laughed, we prayed,
we sang, we consoled, we held,
we feasted, we fasted,
we poured into, we poured out,
we read, we fed, we learned and
we grew more and more
planted into the firm foundation
of your Heavenly reign
Jesus, because of your love
we are just not the same
as the more we pursue you and open our
hearts to the majesty of your love, it is your
Holy Spirit that carries us, changes us and
forms us more and more
into your character and peace that comes
from abiding in your Heavenly name
as we worship
a God whose love truly knows no bounds
as you are a
a God who stops to see
a God who stops to listen
a God who stops to heal
a God who stops to pray
a God who stops to say I came
to seek and save the lost
as we know it you Lord Jesus
who always always always
has the final say
wherever we go next, today we look
up to you as sons and daughters
brothers and sisters
just in awe of your love
you truly just astound us
each day becomes the joy more and more
of following your Heavenly way
it was your sacrifice that
gave us the freedom of this
a new day
so once again Jesus
